Dr. Jeanna Mascorro received her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University in Miami, Florida where she also earned a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Biomedical Sciences. While at Barry, Dr. Mascorro served her class as Class President and was very active in the Miami community. Dr. Mascorro completed her residency at Kingwood Medical Center: Greater Texas Education Foundation.
During residency, Dr. Mascorro worked with Dr. Jacobs and other highly renowned Podiatrists in the Houston area. She was extensively trained for three years in forefoot and rearfoot/ankle surgery. Dr. Mascorro specializes in sports medicine, wound care, pediatrics, trauma, limb salvage and diabetic foot care. Dr. Mascorro is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the Harris County Podiatric Medical Society.
Dr. Mascorro is a native Houstonian, graduate of Clear Lake High School and Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. There she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Dr. Mascorro is married to her college sweetheart and they have one son. She enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, and enjoying the great outdoors. Dr. Mascorro is excited to return home and serve the Katy community.
Dr. Abigail Elliott, a native of Ohio, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Muskingum University. She completed her medical training at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. She then moved to Houston to complete her residency training in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Kingwood Medical Center where she had the opportunity to work with many podiatric surgeons in the Houston area, including Drs. Jacobs and Mascorro.
Dr. Elliott is excited to be serving the Katy and Houston areas. She offers complete foot and ankle care with emphasis on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports injuries, arthroscopy, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, and trauma of the foot & ankle. She continues to attend lectures and training courses to offer her patients the most advanced care. Dr. Elliott is Board Qualified in Forefoot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery and is currently an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the Harris County Podiatric Medical Society.
In her free time, Dr. Elliott enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
